If for any reason the IWOM Hunting Parka System does not meet or exceed your expectations you may return it for a full refund within the first 90 days. Inaddition, if your IWOM garment fails for any reason under normal hunting use or due to material or manufacturing defect, we are glad to repair or replace it at no charge to you for a period of one full year.

Please contact our customer service department for an RMA number before shipping the garment back to IWOM Outerwear offices.
